The fingerprint clearance cards for 2 of 2 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed, but not limited to: *Discussed the new rule set and where to locate the new forms.

The Compliance Officer provided the facility with a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights/Bill of Rights at the start of the inspection. The Emergency Disaster Contact Form was completed at the time of the inspection. The DES Contact Group size was in compliance at the time of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 7 of 7 staff members were verified to be valid through the DES website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed but not limited to: *The daily schedule in the classroom must include times. *A new Criminal Affidavit must be completed at the time of a renewal fingerprint. *Infant cribs must be clear of all toys. The fingerprint clearance cards for 9 of 9 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. A Compliance Officer will inspect the cribs in the Infant classroom on the first day of operation. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed but are not limited to: *Ensure there is no sticky residue accessible to children. *Ensure wall hangings and additional learning materials are added to the classroom. *Ensure the Infant classroom is not used a passageway to another area of the facility. *Ensure staff are trained on emergency evacuation procedures.
