Description: All of BRiDGES' Preschool teachers and staff have, or are finishing degrees in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or child related field. Findings: Based on the Surveyors' observations, while outside on the playground, a group of enrolled 3-5-year-old children were having lunch in the ramada area when a child walked away from the group and went into the restroom alone and unsupervised. Surveyor #1 walked over to one of the staff members and informed the staff member that a child had walked away from the group and was alone in the restroom. The staff member then walked to the restroom to supervise the child. Surveyor #1 observed 2 enrolled children leaving the playground and walking into a classroom alone and unsupervised dragging a bucket of lunch boxes to take to the office. Surveyor #1 walked to the office and informed the Director that the children were alone. The Assistant Director then walked to the classroom and told the children to go back outside.
