Description: NCCC is dedicated to child-centered and directed learning that helps children reach their full potential, while developing an appreciation of and empathy for their environment and society. We offer programs for children 6 weeks to five years of age at our place in Rockville Maryland.
Our educated, dedicated, nurturing, energetic and caring teachers provide unhurried, stimulating, and creative environment that allow your children development through child-initiated topics and ideas. Our teachers appreciate your involvement and are ready to discuss your child development or any other topic you are interested in.
