| Findings: Self-reported complaint states that on 2/25/19 a five year old girl informed her parents that a five year old boy asked her to kiss his penis. Facility indicated that the incident was discussed with parents. A self-reported complaint states that the five year old mentioned in the incident from 2/25/19 asked another child if he could lick his penis on 3/11/19. The teacher, Ms. Mullins, removed the child from the classroom and discussed that this was inappropriate. Facility is reminded that incidents should be reported to the Office of Child Care within 24 hours. | |||
