I have used this provider for less than 6 months

REVIEWS ARE TRUE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. I HAVE ALL PROOF IN TEXT MESSAGE AND CAN POST ON THIS REVIEW ([email protected]) just in case they want to accuse me of lying. So when I first attended here they had a COVID outbreak the next week and was closing. Never told me they were closing, I had to learn from my child actual school about COVID AND THE CLOSING! The lady Miss Chris tried to not communicate with me which was odd. So I went up there to discuss having open communication because it’s important and she was trying to charge me for the day they were closed until I brought it up about being WRONG. Also my Child is still 3 YEARS OLD. They was letting a 4 yo walk her to school instead of staff. My Child ended up lost because the 4yo they depended on wasn’t there. When I asked them about this they tried to blame my child for not being independent enough. Because the other girl is 1 year older than her and can find her way to school. I reminded them my child is 3 and her becoming lost due to them not making sure she is where she belongs is not ok. And I asked what is their plan with the 4yo isn’t there to walk her to school. She said she was working on that. I still gave them A chance and my child said Miss T the staff plucked her in the head and she gave specifics of how it happened. I asked Miss Chris the owner via text message about it and she basically Said it didn’t happen that way. Then after admitting she wasn’t physically in the room but that if her staff said it didn’t happen then it didn’t. So basically said my kid was lying. Gave them a chance the next day the same lady MISS T Took my child bracelet and they didn’t Send it home with her so I asked why (because nothing in her rules said NO JEWELRY) she said Because my child was playing with it and took it off and they don’t allow jewelry. I said no my kid said Miss T removed it. She said basically my child Was lying. There are about 5 staff there in one day. Why would my child choose to lie on this ONE LADY! She knows all of the staff name here and see them All equally! So I told the lady that I don’t appreciate them being negligent by saying everything my child Says is a lie. So the lady miss Chris said that was a threat ! And that we should no longer attend there and she was keeping our money. I cannot Make this up again I have all the proof in text messages. You guys aren’t right but we will find something that’s a better fit believe me! Find another facility that will communicate with you, and believe your child. Very disgusted by this place we will be making the proper Reports. My child Is sad because she loved her friends here. To add to it she told the ELC she ended my child care here due to behavior issues but as you can see from the text message that is a lie

Owner response : I am writing in response to the crazy allegations by the above parent. 1-I have ALL text messages also. 2-Covid outbreak was the Director & 1 teacher. We closed for 1 whole day for cleaning. All parents were notified via text of closing. This mom felt that she should have gotten a personal phone call instead of text. She is only parent that wants to be notified in this manner. All other parents just want texts only. I DIDN'T AVOID MOM - I WAS HOME IN BED WITH COVID. 3-The children NEVER walked themselves to school. They were walked by a teacher and dropped off AT school door. I have since found out that she needed to be walked to her room personally and signed in. Mom never told me that and this was instantly corrected. The situation with her daughter being supposedly lost was inside the school as they were taken to the door. But, per the school, no hallway is not monitored at corners in the morning to guide the kids to their classrooms. 4-This 3 YEAR OLD child was taking food off of a friends plate at lunch. The teacher went to move chair and she(child) was moving. She was grazed by her hand in the movement. NOONE PLUCKED HER. 5-The day after the lunch incident, she came in with a bracelet. I explained to her that we don't allow jewelry, but she could wear it as long as she left it alone and/or didn't give to a friend. It was a beaded bracelet. The child had in her mouth at naptime. Her teacher told her to not suck on beads as she could choke on them. She came back a few minutes later and she had them in her mouth again. The teacher explained only to take it off and put on my desk. She didn't touch the child due to incident the day before. The child put bracelet on my desk. She went home and told Mom that the teacher took it off and she did not - the child did. The teachers and child forgot that the bracelet was on my desk and it got left overnight but was returned the next day. We were not trying to steal the Dollar Store Bracelet. 6-After another long text conversation in which the center and staff is lying and the 3 year old is telling the truth. I told Mom that she couldn't come back to attend center. She demanded a refund and I said no. Mind you - this is a voucher family and I kept $8.00 of her money. None of these allegations are true. This is my side of events.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Wish I could give zero stars. My child was enrolled here for all of four days. They never had anything positive to say about a child that had just turned three the day before he started. Told me every day “he just doesn’t listen” but I picked him up and when I changed his diaper 15 mins later I had to throw his pants away because they are not even capable of properly diapering a child. They made it very clear they thought my child was stupid. But again, they can’t even change a diaper or understand that a small child in a new place might not just fall in line with their practices. Do not send your child there, I could tell my baby was sad just those few days.
