Do not bring your children here!!! They have teachers (Quita Williams) abusing toddlers who can’t even defend themselves and nothing is done about it besides telling lies that do not match the physical marks and bruising on these babies! They go the extra step delete camera footage to try and cover it up. Also claiming an infant did that this!!!!! https://www.facebook.com/100000754560978/posts/pfbid029r8HC7zXFzQjKRsBwP4SEcwZxU1sm441sX5tfUYpGXwpp99weRWmAnetJrPsQ9ql/?mibextid=afzh1R
My daughter started this daycare in August and we liked the place at first. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, the rates were low compared to other daycares in the area, and they really seemed to take pride in what they do. The problem came a little after my daughter started going, we wanted to know what her day was like and would ask for a breakdown of how her day went; like her napping schedule, was she eating her bottles and soft foods well, and was there any excessive crying from being away from her parents for the first time. When we would ask, all we could get out of anyone was ,"she had a good day". She would come home with swollen red eyes and two dirty spare outfits and we would get the same answer, obviously it wasn't that good of a day but they wouldn't tell us anything. She stayed sick almost the entire time she was there, we were constantly going to the doctor. Picking her up one day they told us she started having bouts of diarrhea, she was home the next two days with no problems. The day we took her back we received a call that afternoon that we needed to go pick her up, I guess it's fine to bring in your sick child but not if it causes them to change a few extra diapers. She stayed home again for almost a week and once again had no issues at all, we even asked the doctor if there was such a thing as stress induced diarrhea. Why else would she only get it there? We also found out that they were feeding her their own soft food and they never said anything about it to us. When we first started with this daycare we were told to bring everything she needed and that's what we did. We were feeding her soft foods in a particular order so we could rule out any allergies, for them to start feeding her whatever they wanted was unacceptable. Our relationship with this place finally came to an end when we we picked up our daughter on a Friday afternoon and was told that we were not to bring her back again. When we asked why we were being kicked out we were informed that we made the director (Jennie) feel "uncomfortable", that she had been in the business for twenty-two years and that asking her questions meant that we didn't trust her and that nobody else had ever treated her like that. As I stated above, the offensive questions were of my daughter's health and day to day activities, things that should be relayed to the parents to begin with and especially without having to interrogate staff members just to find these things out. The fact that they dismissed us from their daycare with zero notice over the reasons they gave us is insane, if they hadn't kicked us out we would have been gone before the end of the year anyway. Bottom line is steer clear of this daycare, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The only reason they were rated one star is because there is nothing lower.
