We have been using this daycare for well over 4 1/2 yrs and the care of our children is exceptional!!!
My son Mason been going to this daycare since he was 5month old, he’s now 2y/o and love it there,, my now 4month old daughter Athia goes there now, I love the Center and the Staff they’re all great, amazing with the kids and all that,,
BUT THE ISSUES IS
Since COVID-19 THIS CENTER WENT FROM their Original Hours 6am-6pm To 7am - 4pm for about
4-5months and Now they’re at 7am - 5Pm,, not every parents gets off work at 4:30pm to rush and pickup their kids by 5pm, I gets off work at 5:30pm I now have to cut my hours at my work to meet their hours, but yet then the
RATE STAYS Remains THE SAME with the Reduced daycare hours which isn’t fare to us the Parents and Now they closed the Daycare 3days out of 5days for Spring Break and expects parents to Pay the full Rate for the Entire Week that they’re Not going to be open for,, Tell me how this’s fear??? Because I’ve to pay someone else to watch my kids for the Dates they’re closed,, after paying them for the Entire week,, this’s some Scamming Of Parents,, it’s RIDICULOUS. I’ve asked over and over and over for them to at least consider going back to Closing at 5:30pm, but nothing have been done due to They Don’t Care ??????? about we The Parents they just want their Money and are Getting away with it... Something needs to be Done,, since they’re not listening to Me I Figured I’ll do a Review on them,, I don’t give this kind of rating but in this Case it’s Necessary and Needed to be Done... it’s so Frustrating to parents paying their Hard money and they’re taking Advantage of us and the Situation,, They’re not Reliable on HOURS and They Closes the Daycare/Center a lot for almost every Holidays But still want you to Pay them... Most Child Centers / Daycares have gone back to their Regular Hours Except this Center... Why???
