Hi; Please be aware that someone is using this facility's name to electronically cash fraudulent wells Fargo checks! I am a US Army Soldier currently stationed in Japan, and someone from this facility has deposited a $4,732.00 check into my son's account, and is currently withdrawing the money in small increments in the Jacksonville area. They have withdraw money from the Publix and 7-11 using my son's information. Please check your staff. Date of the check was 11/22/19 check number 3210.
My children attends this daycare and I am very pleased with with this facility the staff is very friendly and facility is very well kept the director really keeps up with the building and always supports her families when needed I love this facility my children are very happy here, the post above must be from someone with a personal bandana not true at all
Facility is very dirty and nasty. Large roaches/water bugs have been seen running a cross the floor by myself and my kids. Dead rats have been reported by the kids also. The staff uses unnessary punishment on the kids I.e pinching them, making stay in time out at hours at a time, making toddlers wear soiled diapers for a long period of time because of mistakes, etc... The staff talks bad about the kids and their parents, in the presence of the kids. It has also been reported by prior employees that babies are being spanked and abused. Warning to all parents: DO NOT TRUST THIS DAYCARE... I had to learn the hard way.
The facility is out of ratio. I came at about 5pm in the afternoon there was only one employee swamped with at least 15-20 children all ages. I'm very concerned about the children safety. The director was really rude. The director also was in flip flops and faded scrubs. She was very unprofessional and looked unprofessional.
