Montessori Education Centre-Charter School and Montessori Children's Centre-Private School are Montessori Toddler, Primary, and Elementary programs serving Children in Mesa, Arizona. Initial Comments: The following deficiency was observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 11/6/2025 and is subject to changes pending programmatic review. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights to the provider at the time of inspection. The Empower Self Assessment was emailed to the provider. The Emergency Disaster Contact Form was emailed to the provider. The fingerprint clearance cards for 5 of 5 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: 1). Ensuring the Emergency, Information, and Immunization cards are fully completed. 2). Ensuring that staff have 24 hours of annual training.

Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 11/21/2023 and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days of receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The DES Contact form was completed at the time of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 5 of 5 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed but are not limited to: *Ensure plants accessible to enrolled children are non-toxic. *Ensure Sign-in and Sign-out procedures are clear. *Ensure Emergency, Information, and Immunization Record cards are complete.
