In space #1, there was a bottle of Gatorade sitting on a table where the group leader work from. This was corrected by the group leader removing it from bottle of Gatorade from the space and putting it in a locked closet.

Screen time for the school-aged children was not being documented on a cumulative log or the activity plan. During today the provider started a log for each child in the class and documented for the children who had screen time today. He also instructed the group leaders to document screen time when it is being used.
