I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Upon choosing this daycare I was notified that they were not open on sunday, (although it was listed on the 24 hour daycare sight) which I had no issue with being that I did not need childcare on that day anyway, so I choose it. But some how they can never seem to accommodate my schedule. The staff has nasty attitudes, if you are not there at the time they expect you to be, it's an issue, if you cut into thier schedule, it's an issue. The daycare is not available to parents 24 hours as stated. It's like hiring a baby sitter who only accommodates you on thier time. They don't ever take the children outside to play, from the moment you walk in to the moment you pick up your kids the staff are all in the same spot as if you've never left. Sitting down in the same chairs, plain lazy. Gossiping all day about whatever, and whoever, how unprofessional. Theres comments about my childs hair not being brushed that day, its not a beauty pagent, and it's not like they ever step foot outside the daycare anyway. My children hasent developed mentally as nearly as much as the first daycare the attended (which was not 24 hours and couldn't accommodate my work schedule) when I asked about potty training I was told they could not assist because they didn't think my children were "ready". Pamalee location is very small, but clean, which is a plus, and my children seem to like it there, they are never hungry, and upon pick up they never in a bad mood. There are worst day cares than this one, but if you want QUALITY child care, this is not it.
