The owner as well as the director are both extremely unprofessional, rude and very immature. My child has been bitten several times (just been a small little mark previously) this last time was the final straw he was bitten so bad that it drew blood, as well as scratched there was no phone call because they feel a boo boo report is sufficient enough.. when confronted with the issues and concerns and when it was stated the babies were not being watched very well the owner became very defensive and stated the teacher was busy.. when asked how many children bit my child and if she saw all the times he was bitten in her video she stopped responding to me. I also know that sometimes (especially certain times of the year) facilities will experience sickness going around, however, I have never heard nor seen a facility have so many issues as this one.. After this last and final incident I informed her my child will not be returning to her facility even to finish out the 2 week notice she requires, her response was just sorry to see them go under these circumstances but per contract you are required to pay whether the child attends those two weeks or not.. I definitely would not recommend this facility to anyone to bring their children to.
My son started going to Mimi's when he was three and we had just moved here. We have LOVED it so much. He has so much fun learning and playing, and the facility is always clean with very loving caregivers. The owner texts me when my son doesn't show up for a day just to check on him, and she and her staff were very loving and interested in his well being when he had to have surgery. I highly recommend this facility...and my son loves it and the friends he has made there!
The owner of this place is very RUDE, intimidating and very unprofessional. Calls herself a Christian but takes her frustration out on employees and parents, lacks empathy for anyone or anything. Control freak. Working here or having your child here is good if you want to coward down to the owner. She lacks a lot of humanity in personality efforts and yet works with children. She also acts like these children's family members and allows other workers to skim by treating the children in a very displeasing way. It is bye far the worst center I've ever seen. The employer in my eyes is mentally and emotionally abusive!
I am not in the least happy with how my grandson is treated, nor am I happy with how the owner treats my daughter, who is a single mom. My grandson is scared to go there.
The owner of the business,Tammy, is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. Tammy is rude, down grading, and intimidating. Instead of calling me to inform me on something major with my child she text me! My child has been relocated!
I will say the staff members are sweet and you can feel the love they have for the children. But due to the owner I will never recommend this place to anyone.
This is an absolutely fabulous facility. It is always clean. the children are always playing and having fun. My son is learning new songs, colors, numbers, and many other things of which we reinforce at home. Parents are given a schedule of activities for the month. All the employees are kind and friendly. I highly recommend this facility and will not take my child(ren) anywhere else.
