Governed by a voluntary Board of Directors, MLC has been providing services for children for over 44 years. MLC is licensed by the Department of Public Welfare, is a participant in the Keystone STARS Quality Intiative. MLC enrolls children regardless of race, color, sexual orientation, religious creed, ancestry, sex, disability, age, or national origin.
