Upon noticing the mats were lifted and wooden changing table was cleaned of dirt and debris and sanitized while the inspector was still on-site. The areas were re-inspected to ensure they were clean.

Upon notification immeadiate action was taken. The separated panels on the baseboard (non working) heater in Room 1 was secured to eliminate sharp edges. Protective cap covers were installed over the protruding bolts at base of toilet in men's room. Dangling wire from electrical outlet plates were removed and tucked behind the electrical plate. All identified hazards were corrected while inspector on site.
