The separated panels on the baseboard (non working) heater in Room 1 was secured to eliminate sharp edges. Protective cap covers were installed over the protruding bolts at base of toilet in men's room. Dangling wire from electrical outlet plates were removed and tucked behind the electrical plate. All identified hazards were corrected while inspector on site. |
