Has a lack of communication and respect for the workers staffed by an outside agency. Falsified information and records provided to the state. Lack of honesty and integrity. Not the cleanest establishment. Primary focus is drama and not the children. High turnover rate for employees. The owner is never present yet, speaks to the employees as if she is present and aware.
