I am the owner

Come and see for yourself, and you be the judge. He did work and tried to get over. He was paid in full. Yet, because he could not get more money out of us, he wrote this negative review. When a black woman stands up to a man like this, he thinks she should stay in her place. All he kept talking about is who is father is and that they are good friends with the mayor

Owner’s Response:

Mr. Suraj Desai did work for our daycare center. We agreed upon a price, which included the hauling away of all material. We paid him the complete amount of the contract. However, he refused to haul away the material as stated in the contract. He tried to railroad and bully us into paying him additional funds to haul away the material. When we would not do this, he threatened to tell his father, who is friends with the Mayor of Newark, and have the Mayor bad mouth us. The Mayor is too smart for this. He threatened to tell lies in order to get people not to enroll their children.

I wonder is this because I am a Black woman that he thought I would capitulate to his stupidity and bullying.

Please, do let this man do any work for you, for he may try to pull the same nonsense he tried to pull on us. I have the contract and the checks to prove what I am saying. His posting of the post is the result of him not being able to railroad us.

We are a GREAT CENTER as our parents will attest.

We advised The owner she needed to do allot more work to remediate the termite issues that is all throughout the building inside and out with rotten wood . She scammed my company as well and I like to help local business is Newark with good rates on construction and helped her get her work done within 3 days and put 4 men at her location and she cheated us and did not make final payment . My men worked very hard and are working through this Covid 19 .
