If I could put 0 stars I would. I sent my daughter here solely because One of my Church members worked here. For a few mths my daughter was fine but my hubby said early on take her out. The owner spirit was not sitting well with him. She also don’t have kids and lack that motherly nurturing spirit. She can barely keep a consistent teacher in the infant/ Young toddler Room. The last teacher she had we liked. So did our daughter. However, after she left they Began to lack communication, my daughter was as always sick , unreported diarrhea, giving her food unauthorized and she would not even want to go with them when we would drop her off. She would cry months after being there. Red flag. ???? My Hubby & I even set the owner down to express my concerns. Cuz the Caddy/ Middle school energy was enough. My intuition was correct and she pretty pretty much told on her staff and how immature and judgmental they were. I also learned I couldn’t trust my church members and how she was a push over. From the convo we were ok but intuition said keep looking. She developed a stage 2 Diaper Rash 2 weeks later. I kept her out for a week to ensure she heal proper.,of course they don’t use diaper cream I provided. 2 weeks —LaterOn March 1 2024. I pick my daughter up routinely and before we left I asked that she be changed solely because I wasn’t going straight home. Otherwise I would never ask. The owner agreed and told her teacher to take her to the back and change her. Teacher bought her back & DiD NoT changed her. She handed her back to me as if she changed her. I noticed and immediately addressed it. She stated I changed her 1/2 hr ago. I stated you were told by your boss to change her. She began to get smart and rude because she was caught. She even called me “weird”for storming to the back and showing her boss I was beyond upset. The boss agreed to change her. The worker was continuing to be rude and carry on. Let’s say this I got irked and was ready to hurt all of them at that point. The bold deception and lack of care told a story that they are not trustworthy. They even tried to defend her actions even with cameras. The owner even stated her concerns are the kids, her staff, then the parents. What devoted business owner says that? She got 20 yr old running her facility. Please don’t send your child here. No parent should have to feel uneasy about there childcare providers. NEVER!!! It too many people working here who hearts aren’t in the right place and it shows. I can even recall other parents complaining at times before. I don’t ever leave reviews . But this was truly needed and long overdue.
Love this place. Everyone is so professional and caring.
