Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed during the Initial Monitoring Inspection conducted on 3/02/2026, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. A full inspection was not conducted at this time. A plan of corrections will not be accepted at this time. Five of five Fingerprint Clearance Cards reviewed were valid through the DPS website. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. The following was discussed, but not limited to: *Children requiring diaper changing are not in an activity area without diaper changing available. *Staff files have all required information. *There is enough light to supervise enrolled children at all times. *Shade structures are available when enrolled children are in the outdoor activity area.
INSP-0165608 2025-12-31 Compliance (Initial) Complete
Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed during the Initial Compliance Inspection conducted on 12/31/2025, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. The Notice of Inspection Rights was provided during the inspection. Please submit the Plan of Corrections through the Licensing Portal within 10 days of receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. Licensure is pending corrections of all deficiencies. Two of two Fingerprint Clearance Cards were verified as valid through the DPS website. The following was discussed, but not limited to: *Ensure water in the diaper changing areas is maintained between 86° to 110°F. *Ensure all developmental toys, materials, and equipment are accessible to enrolled children. *Documentation for staff files and facility records. *Hazards in the outdoor activity area. *All required items are posted in each activity area. *Requirements of the First Aid Kit. *Storage of materials in the diaper changing areas. *Infant feeding instructions must be maintained and food served to infants must be of the appropriate size and texture.
