I have used this provider for less than 6 months

If you want bruises and bites all over your kids by all means bring them here. My son has been getting bit for the last 2 weeks consistently, the first few times I didn’t really care, they’re toddlers, it’s what they do. Now it’s become an issue of consistency, in the last 3 days he’s been bit 4 times, one which went unnoticed until he was given a bath. They’re almost scared to take action on kicking parents’ kids out of school for biting. Really great reflection on the parenting too, most of these parents have kids by accident and give them no attention so lack thereof with discipline is sure to follow. Not only is this lack of action a problem, but I’ve picked my kid up TWICE with a full diaper and seen numerous other parents with the same issue from this class. It’s blatant BS and the owner is too greedy to give a s*** about anything other than keeping friends and keeping money. Business doesn’t run that way.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

If there were no stars I would have Chosen… My Granddaughter is 3 years old and attended Brilliant Blessings only a few times. Not for day care but for preschool and to get acquainted with being around other kids. The first few times were great with teacher Mrs Bell.. My granddaughter loved her and was settling in very well, she couldn’t wait to go back every Tuesday and Thursday. Mrs Bell went on vacation (I wish I would have known) her class was being taken over by a young girl named Jazmine…Long story short as my daughter walked in to pick up my granddaughter this poor little girl was sitting in the dark in the back of the class where the chairs were stacked all by herself crying, at that moment Jazmine stated “This has been all day with her” the other kids were watching a movie.. on the way home my granddaughter cried and cried saying she didn’t want to go back to school..as they got home my daughter recognized she had not touched one crumb of her food in her lunch box, not one snack was touched in 5 hours, along with her drink not even touched. As my daughter was taking my 3 year old granddaughter a bath shortly after they got home she noticed her pull-up was loaded with urine and was the same pull-up she had went to school in. There was poop smeared all over her little butt cheeks that were becoming red with rash. My daughter started questioning my granddaughter about her day at school causing my granddaughter to start crying and begging not to go back to school.. we asked her why and my granddaughter stated Mrs Jazmine is mad at her.. my granddaughter stated Jazmine flicked her face showing us how she did it. She stated when her tears would fall Jazmine would flick her face. She also stated out of the blue that Jazmine said she’s not coming back to this place..I’m sure my 3 year old was having a bad day and crying but the school was told if she is ever having a bad day to call and we will pick her up right away..My granddaughter wakes up now every morning making sure she is not going to school. She is so worried about going back to Brilliant Blessings on 79th avenue and Deer Valley.
I would like to state, my granddaughter is only 3 years old, she does not know how to make up lies or stories, at this young age she is still a baby and only knows how to repeat what she hears and sees. In this case she is repeating what she experienced and endured for 5 hours with Mrs Jazmine. No baby should be treated like this. She was loving the experience until she met Mrs. Jazmine.. the office was told if she is having a bad day to call right away and she will be picked up as she is only there to experience getting use to being around other kids and early preparation for school. My daughter went in to talk to the office but there was no acknowledgment.. and she was told the famous words.. WE WILL LOOK IN TO IT.
To all parents please do not let this place fool you. No baby deserves to be treated this way.
