The following was discussed, but is not limited to: *Ensure the rock wall area has the required postings, *Ensure the pony wall in the learning lab is maintained free from hazards, *Ensure staff files include the contact date for the 2 good-faith references, *Ensure field trip forms include the field trip location's telephone number, and *Liability waivers are not acceptable. There were 8 staff files reviewed. 8 of the 8 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business of Rights to the Facility Director at the time of the inspection. | |||
