Description: The God-given ministry of Learning Tree Children’s Academy is to not only focus on our students’ academic progress, but to lead these young children to Christ, train them in the principles of The Bible and develop their character as Christians. We feel it is important to educate our students from God’s point of view and the accumulated wisdom of the past. As they age, we hope each child gains a firm foundation with which to evaluate his present situation and make educated, well thought decisions in the future.

We had a great experience when she was in the younger classes. We then got moved across the hall to the big kids side and it was TERRIBLE!! The first problem was communication. My daughter was having some health problems and I needed to know information about her bowel movements and the teachers could not tell me anything! They had a different teacher everyday! No one could tell me how many diapers they had changed on my daughter they told me they were not there in the morning so they don’t know. Then another communication fail was potty training. When my daughter was in the younger class she was potty training. After three weeks in the new class I had not been getting reports so I asked how her potty training was going and they told me they didn’t even know she was potty training!!! That is something the teachers should have been well aware of due to the fact she was potty training in the class before for 6 months!! Then to top it off my daughter got a severe bite mark on her leg that was black and blue and no one even told me about it. I went in the next day and asked the office and they didn’t even know about it! They told me they would ask the teacher and call me and let me know what happened. They didn’t call I had to call them and get the story. The teacher knew she was bit but did not fill out an incident report and did not even bother to tell me when I picked her up! It made it seem like it was kept a secret and they just didn’t want me to know. I wonder what else has happened I was never told about. And they took out a whole month $805 of tuition after all of this happened and I had to pull my daughter from there and are refusing to give the month of tuition back!! She went to that terrible daycare of 1 day of the month and they are keeping my $805!!! I have called the main office and left messages and called the facility and no one will call me back regarding my money. We have started taking my daughter somewhere else and she is a totally different child. She is happy again and laughs and enjoys going to daycare. She used to just scream when I took her. By far the worst daycare experience we have ever had!!! I highly do not recommend this place!! It looks great but it is terrible!
Don't be deceived by the fancy facility. You children will be neglected in this center. I sent my twin boys here for about a month and I horribly regret my decision. There were many horrible episodes I experienced here, but I just want to share one. When I was there to pick up my sons, children were in the play ground. When I called my son sitting on a corner, I saw he had a nosebleed and the blood covered all his cheeks, already dried out. I asked the teacher what happened, and she said nothing happened while she was there. She did not know that my son had a nosebleed until the blood was dried out! How this could be possible? When I talked this issue to the director (I had discussed all other issues before, but nothing had not been solved) and said I want to leave the center, she said she cannot refund the tuition due to the 30-day ahead notice rule. She did not even say sorry. Anyway we left the center, and my boys become happy boys just one day after changing the day care center.
