There were 2 year old children present in the rooms."

A caregiver administered medication to a child without parental permission or authorization from a bona fide medical care provider during the event of an emergency medical condition when the child's parent was not available. "There were two inhalers in space 4 without parental permission. Permission for one had expired in March 2024. The other medication did not accompany a written parental permission."

Refrigerator(s) did not maintain a temperature of 45 degrees F. or below. The refrigerator in the toddler room where children's milk is stored was 50 degrees even after changing to the lowest setting.

Electrical outlets and power strips, not in use, which were located in space used by children did not have safety outlets or were not covered with safety plugs unless located behind furniture or equipment that cannot be moved by a child. An outlet in space 4 did not have a safety plug cover.

All corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispenser, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not stored in a locked room or cabinet. A container of Disinfectant Wipes were on a shelf lower than 5 feet off the floor, within child's reach, in space 4.

Medications including prescription and non-prescription items were not stored in a locked cabinet or other locked container. On the desk of the director, there was a bottle of "Pepcid" and a bottle of beauty product. The desk was in an open area near the classrooms. This was corrected during the visit.
