For violation 1 I corrected it by placing a piece of tape on the pack and play with the child"s name on it. I corrected this violation on 9/6/2018. In the future, I will make sure I have all pack and plays labeled with the child's name on it to maintain in compliance with the regulation.

I corrected the violation by placing tape so now it is smooth and will be of no harm to children. This violation was fixed on 5/17/2018. In the future, I will make sure there is no splintered wood in or outside of my home and keeping an eye on the tape placed on the wood.
