Violation Observed: Cease swaddling infants. On the day of the inspection an infant was observed in a swaddler sleep sack. Staff were not aware that infant are never to be swaddled while in care. Infant was removed from the sleep sack at the time of the inspection, but staff must be retrained to ensure that no other infant is swaddled again and parents must be corrected in sending swaddling sleep apparel to the center. Submit documentation which demonstrates that staff and parents are aware that swaddling is not allowed at the center. |
