Violation Observed: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children served. Ensure staff handle children appropriately. On the day of the inspection a named staff person was observed holding a child by the wrist and the child had dropped their body to the floor. This handling of a child can lead to nurse maid's elbow. The named child was not injured due to this action.
