I have a friend who was employed here knowing full well she smoked and would do in her power not to smoke before or while at the facility Diego requested that she showered at the facility were the doors don’t truly lock because he said she smelt like smoke even after showering and not smoking between the shower and work and she had told him she doesn’t feel comfortable with doing that that she would rather do so at home he said she couldn’t leave under threat of Dcfs calls and in the same breath asked how things were between her and her husband she felt greatly that even though he is making it seem like a nice gesture I’m not comfortable and he threatened my children with Dcfs with no valid reason she returned to work and was treated very unwell for deciding she was not comfortable with the idea of showering in a bathroom she couldn’t lock

I want to take a moment to address the two previous reviews. Our facility ran complete background checks, which we run weekly for the safety of the children and our staff.
If you truly want a review of our facility, I recommend going through Childcare Licensing and the DWS Department of Workforce Services. They can show that our facility fully complies with each Department in every inspection, with excellent records.

This daycare doesn’t deserve half a star diego is super rude underpays the stafff and my friend there was harrased by diego and threatened her cause she is non us resident he completely a jerk and demands so much and his wife cecy always in and out not given a crap about what he does constantly video chatting him yo see what he is doing he is a jerk
This employer employs illegals and then intimidates anthem and doesn’t pay them what they are owed. He threatens them and treats them with no respect. If they dare speak up for themselves, he threatens to call the police on them and have them deported, the he forwa them.
