LS stated to the staff member, T. Ross, there is a little boy in the hallway. She stated he needed a tissue. LS stated to the staff member that the child was not located by the bathroom. He was in the upper hallway passing the bathroom. The staff member stated there is another bathroom over there. LS explained that all children must be supervised while in attendance and while going to the bathroom. LS explained the situation to the Director. The Director stated that the child likes to walk away from the group. LS explained that all children must always receive adequate supervision. | |||
