I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The owner was unclear or unpredictable when leaving for the bus. I actually changed my work schedule because I was taking my child to work anyways. After nine e door is locked u til 11. Regarding of the circumstances. Even though the teaching staff was caring, the bus and locking the doors I felt was too much stress.
One year national holidays we weren't charged for, when this policy changed parents were not notified....
I felt the owner was too much of a jerk to pay for his agenda... Very poor
