I would have never let my kid go here if I knew then what I know now. They neglect kids in subtle ways to where you won’t notice until a period of time later. I would get to the car after picking up and notice my child was very poopy, numerous times, when a change is supposed to be before pick up everyday. My child would get home and be hungry immediately walking through the door. If you have a complaint they don’t take you seriously and have gotten hostile with me on two separate occasions when I voiced a concern. The ‘hands on’ owner is never there, always on a ‘vacation’, honestly probably pocketing money from excessive fees. All around very unprofessional to me. Shut it down. I get that people need jobs and parents need care for the kids when they work… but this is not it.
my family drops her child off everyday and the teacher was dragging her child across the floor and she feels like he is being abused and she was there one day and she heard her childn crying and she walked in the class and saw him sitting by hiself crying and the teachers were laughing at him
