A safety violation, regarding this climber, was cited during the 9/6/24 Annual Compliance visit. Today I observed that the climber had not been repaired, and the children were playing on it. This is a repeat violation.

All equipment and furnishings were not in good repair. The multi-purpose climber on the front playground had a circular ladder for climbing. The steps on the ladder were wire with a thick rubber coating. The coating was damaged and hanging down on several steps, diminmized safety in using the steps to climb to the top of the structure.
