The Notice Of Inspection Rights was provided to the licensee at the time of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 6 of 6 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed but are not limited to: *Ensure Emergency cards are completed. *Ensure to add parents' email to Emergency Cards. *Ensure to review updates for 10-day trainings. *Ensure to update the required documents with staff's new start date. *Ensure licensed areas are free of hazards (ceiling tiles). *Ensure staff files contain the required information for staff (phone numbers)
