The following was discussed but is not limited to: *Ensure the snack menu is specific, *Ensure scissors are located in the first aid kit, *Ensure the fire extinguishers are serviced yearly, and *Ensure Emergency, Information, Immunization Record cards are complete. There were 4 staff files reviewed. 4 of the 4 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website.
