I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Stopped accepting doctors notes. Singled out kids during activities, to where they didn't want to go. Has no respect for others that are working.Tried to claim kids had a problem if they didn't fit in her ideal bubble. Constantly changing her avaliable schedule at the last minute.
