Findings: Upon arrival at the facility, the school office was closed and the gates leading to the classroom were locked. The Surveyor called the phone number on record for the facility, but it went unanswered. The Surveyor called the off-site program coordinator to inquire how to gain entry to the program. The program coordinator called the director designee, who walked all the enrolled children to the gate to let the Surveyor into the school. The staff member stated the gate is locked until 2:30-3:00pm on early release days and parents must call or text to gain entry into the program.
