Initial Comments: There were no deficiencies at the Annual Compliance Inspection conducted on 2/10/2026, but it is subject to changes pending programmatic review. A full inspection was conducted. There were 2 staff files reviewed. 2 of the 2 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website. A paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was provided at the time of the inspection. The Emergency Disaster Contact form was left with the director at the time of the inspection. Please complete it and return it to the Compliance Officer. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider.

Initial Comments: There were no deficiencies observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 2/19/2025 and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. The Emergency Disaster Contact form was emailed to the director. The Empower Self-Evaluation was emailed to the director. The Notice Of Inspection Rights was provided to the licensee at the time of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 3 of 3 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed but are not limited to: * Ensure a copy of the front and back of a valid fingerprint clearance card is located in staff files. * Ensure cords are inaccessible to enrolled children.
