Children were not adequately supervised at all times. In space #6 the teacher was laminating shelving labels; the laminator was warm to touch and accessible to the children who were two years of age. The teacher was not moving about the room supervising children and was not able to render assistance to the children. In space #2 there was on one teacher in the classroom with four (4) children under the age of one, and one (1) child who was one year of age. The teacher had her back to the infants and toddlers, not supervising the children, while she was updating feeding schedules and hanging with on the wall.
