NC Pre-K program staff/child ratios and group sizes were not met. In space #1 upon entering the classroom there was 14 children present with one teacher. This was corrected during the visit when the other teacher returned from the kitchen with their breakfast 3mins after I arrived. The classroom remained in compliance during the rest of the visit. Lunch was brought to the classroom by a teacher form the another classroom.
