In the out door play area of the facility there where two spaces sand bags were placed to help with water flow and the removal of the stand, however there were holes were the sand was not replaced which could cause for the children to trip or fall. | |||

There was several pieces of trash and 2 half filled plastic bags of sand laying around in the outdoor play area.
