The mission of Floyd L. Knight is to prepare each student to use self-determination in making informed decisions as he/she functions as independently as possible in home, school, and community settings and to provide a safe and orderly learning environment.

FLK will provide a safe and orderly environment where all students can learn and all teachers can teach without the threat of violence, or other disruptive incidents.
