I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have used this daycare for almost 3 years. Sadly we will not make it another year as most of staff and director have changed. The new staff as well as director are not as compassionate nor caring. The new director has walked right past parents and not spoken. She also tends to delegate tasks to her staff that she should handle herself. The new director is very rude and staff follows suit. The infant room and Mrs Samantha are wonderful. The rest leave much to be desired. I have come to pick my children up only to find them in a far corner unattended while staff sits together chatting. I also have to change my child upon pickup as the diaper is fully saturated to the point that the gel starts to come out. The list is so very extensive but I'm sure you get the point. Steer clear of this center unless you have an infant or a child that requires little to no care.
