Staff person #1 is not 18 years of age and the operator did not have verification that staff person #1 is enrolled in a training curriculum with that meets all of the requirements of the regulation.

Correction Required: A staff person shall be 18 years of age or older.An individual 16 years of age or older who is enrolled in an approved training curriculum may be used as a staff person.

In the future any individual under 18 years old and at least 16 years old will be required to produce verification of enrollment in an approved training curriculum in order to be counted in for ratio purposes. As of 11/14/2019 staff person #1 was considered a volunteer and was not included in for ratio purposes.
