Save yourself some grief……

My granddaughter was placed there after we visited. They are fairly new in the community and decided to give them a try even after I saw some red flags ???? but I always give people the benefit of the doubt. My granddaughter had a tough start and eventually got better but she is 3 and is rambunctious and I explained that. The staff I saw at the beginning was good but after a few months that changed and I see a lot of inexperience. The professionalism is a fail and the communication between them and parents is lacking. After several months they decided to kick my granddaughter out because her mom was rude according to them. If I would have just payed closer attention the the red flags ???? we would have just found a more professional and established institution. Not everyone will have the same experience but being military i have dealt with many childcare centers all over the world and this one by far LACKS IN MANY ASPECTS to many of other facilities but more importantly to even their local counterparts. Save yourself the trouble and move to your next option.
