Description: Dawning Village Day Care Center was incorporated in the year 1995. We are a not-for-profit community based organization located in East Harlem. We service families within the community and the New York City area. The center provides preschool daycare programs for children 2-5 years of age.
Dawning Village offers a Universal Pre-Kindergarten program for four-year-old children at no cost.
Our goal is to provide an environment which is safe, with developmentally appropriate learning experiences; quality care; and resources for parents and children we service.
Our teachers are highly trained and educated. Most holding degrees in early childhood education. In addition, professional development is mandatory for all teachers.
