At the time of the inspection, observation revealed a fire monitoring system panel showing a trouble signal. The Fire Official was contacted after discovering the panel had been inoperable for a week. The center needs to ensure that the fire monitoring system is operable at all times when children are present. UPDATE: By the end of the day, the system was repaired.
