Worst center EVER! Constant bickering by the staff in front of parents. staff was always on there cell phone . did anyone else notice there child was coming home with un washed hands all day?? gross! The one toddler teacher is so unprofessional she has no real skills as a teacher she is unfriendly and very negative. i'am so relieved my child does not attend there any more!
Im being gracious by giving this daycare facility 2 stars. Reason for the 2 stars are that its a clean, bright place thats conveniently located and also takes kids up to 12 or 13. That means I can take my school aged child and my pre-school aged child to the same facility and even have the school bus pick up and drop off. This seems to be the only reason I continue to stay. While they have provided reasonably education I did expect more. Over all, I am really disappointed with the quality. First thing that really annoys me is that they dont do invoices. What establishment doesnt hand out invoices to those who they expect to get paid by?!? And when I do ask for invoices showing proof of payment for my dependent care I get handwritten pieces of paper. In my opinion this is really unprofessional and highly inconvenient. Second thing that really annoys me is the lack of friendly people who work there! Most of the women seem miserable and uninterested in making small talk. Most of the time when I pick my kids up I find them texting and just sitting around. I dont feel that my kids are unsafe while in their care but I feel like they should at least pretend to show interest in me and my kids when Im in their presence. I know if I were caught on my cell phone at work while a client was there I would be written up. Another thing that seems to be a problem is getting my child on the school bus. It is the daycares responsibility to have my child ready for the bus on time and to have someone dedicated to do so. There doesnt seem to be a system in place for those who get picked up by the bus in the morning. There have been several times when my child has missed the bus and they had to call the bus to come back. I found this out through my child and not the daycare, that really annoys me!!! The lack of communication is astounding at this place. I get a generic report stating what all the kids did for the day with nothing specific to my childs progress or noting anything of importance. They do not hand out newsletters or even calendars with the happenings of the month, nor do they post anything current online or hang up signs on the doors notifying parents of anything!!! If you like a really lax daycare then this place is for you. I prefer a place that actually has a person who solely handles the admin; this place doesnt. I also like a little more diversity in a daycare staff in terms of race and religion. It seems that most people who work here are related. Thats not always a good thing. Im not saying this place is the pits but it definitely has some negative qualities that are worth mentioning.
