About the Provider

Description: Comfort Zone Childcare is an educationally oriented day care and preschool program. Our facilities meet or exeed all of the standards set by the Department of Public Welfare for the operation of the day care facility. Our goal at Comfort Zone Childcare is to provide children with warm, friendly and secure environment in which they can develop according to their unique needs and individual learning styles. Our rooms are busy, interesting, activity-centered places which the children enjoy due to the fun learning atmosphere. We at Comfort Zone Childcare believe that children learn best when they are given opportunites to participate in activites and games that involve concrete physical and social experiences. Our students develop cognitive skills through carefully balanced activites such as painting, block play and dramatic play which also enhance social and emotional development. The staff are not only caregivers, but also facilitators who carefully structure the classroom environment, plan the learning experiences, and guid the children in their development.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

In the beginning of 2020 they were great with my daughter. After quarantine happened it's like these teachers completely forgot how to take care of a child. They barely fed my daughter during the day, and when I addressed this concern of their "daily reports" which were half complete when Autumn was picked up, the owner addressed my concerns, but then the teachers started to be petty towards my daughter's belongings and for me checking in on her. I was no longer allowed to text her teacher for updates because she only does it as a "courtesy" for parents. Informed the owner and told her I will be removing her from the facility because of the persisting issues and the owner did not advise that she will correct the problems, she simply said ok. HORRIBLE!!!! I don't know about you guys but I love my daughter and would want her daycare to love and care for her as if she was with her own family. And the teacher that has changed her attitude towards myself and my daughter is MADISON!
