Description: We are a licensed group childcare center for children ages six weeks to 12 years of age. We enjoy teaching children through fun, yet educational weekly lesson plans based on weekly themes throughout the year.

The incident was reported to management by a coworker approximately 2 hours later when she determined it had not been reported.
