| The materials and equipment indoors and outdoors were not sufficient to provide a variety of play experiences to promote the children's emotional and social development, health and physical development, approaches to play and learning, language and communication development, and cognitive development. Outdoor gross motor materials and equipment on the preschool/school aged play ground consisted of seven (7) tricycles and two (2) scooters. There were two (2) ankle skip balls.
