The materials and equipment indoors and outdoors were not sufficient to provide a variety of play experiences to promote the children's emotional and social development, health and physical development, approaches to play and learning, language and communication development, and cognitive development. Outdoor gross motor materials and equipment on the preschool/school aged play ground consisted of seven (7) tricycles and two (2) scooters. There were two (2) ankle skip balls. Also, there were two deflated balls and two disformed hula hoops. All equipment outdoors were not age/developmentally appropriate for school aged children.

Electrical outlets and power strips, not in use, which were located in space used by children did not have safety outlets or were not covered with safety plugs unless located behind furniture or equipment that cannot be moved by a child. Electrical outlets were not covered in spaces 2 and 4. Electrical outlet covers were provided for these rooms during the visit.
