Administrator documented that a particular staff member threatened a child by telling child that if she did not be quiet, she would be hit with a shoe, bullied a child by holding child while another child hit him, humiliated them by calling them names such as 'midget and fat girl,' and using inappropriate language while speaking to the children and in the presence of children in her care. | |||
