I would NEVER take my son back here! My son came home yesterday with his cheek scratched up and a bite mark on his shoulder. Jolly bee childcare NEVER CALLED TO NOTIFY me about what happened. Instead they waited until my husband went to pick up my son and only informed him about the obvious scratches on his cheek. Now I understand kids can be kids but what am I doing paying $165 a week for my son to come home marked up? I called jolly bee the next day to unenroll my son and the lady who I spoke with was so rude and told me “okay I will just bill you in advance” before she hung up on me before I can get a word in. RUN from this place if you want childcare providers who actually care about your little ones and not just about the money you pay them. . ALSO I would like to add that they would go through my sons diapers supplies like as if was water! My son didn’t even go through a box in a month. I would go through a box every two weeks when he was in Jolly Bee daycare. I don’t know what they’re doing with the supplies. Check google reviews as well, they are absolutely HORRIBLE!
